At Dharma Jagran Manch, we deeply value the contributions and support of our donors and well-wishers. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which donations can be refunded.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Donations made by mistake or in excess can be refunded, provided the request is made within 7 days of the transaction date.
• Refunds are not applicable for funds utilized for specific causes or projects where expenses have already been incurred.

Refund Request Process

1. Submit a refund request via email to dharmajagran2018@gmail.com.
2. Provide the following details in your email:
   • Full Name
   • Date of Donation
   • Transaction ID
   • Reason for Refund
3. Once the request is verified, the refund will be processed within 14 working days.

Modes of Refund

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, bank transfer, UPI) used for the donation.
